Account Creation & Login
Creating Your EHPCZ Portal Account
The first step to accessing all portal features is creating your personal account. This account will be linked to your existing practitioner registration with EHPCZ.
Before You Start
Make sure you have your practitioner registration number and the email address you used during registration.
You'll need these to create your portal account.
Step-by-Step Account Creation:

Visit the Portal
Go to the EHPCZ portal login page. Look for the "Create Portal Account" button on the left side. -
Enter Your Details
Provide your full name, email address (must match your registration records), and practitioner number. -
Verify Your Identity
Upload a clear photo of your identification document (National ID, Passport, or Driver's License). -
Create Password
Choose a strong password with at least 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. -
Account Verification
Your account will be reviewed and verified within 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email confirmation once approved.
Secure Login
Once your account is verified, use your email and password to securely access the portal.
Password Recovery
Forgot your password? Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset it securely.
Important Notes
- Only existing registered practitioners can create portal accounts
- Your email must match the one in EHPCZ records
- Account verification may take up to 48 hours
