Maintaining your professional registration requires annual renewal. The portal makes this process simple and sends automatic reminders to help you stay compliant.
Important Renewal Deadlines
Environmental Health Technician (EHT): Must renew by June 30th annually
Environmental Health Officer (EHO): Must renew by September 30th annually
Late penalty: 20% of annual fee applied monthly after deadline

Renewal Notification
You'll receive email reminders starting 90 days before your renewal deadline. -
Access Payment Cart
From your dashboard, click "Renew Registration" or add renewal fees to your payment cart. -
Review Fees
Confirm the renewal fee amount. Late penalties will be automatically calculated if applicable. -
Make Payment
Complete payment using the secure online payment system. Multiple payment methods are accepted. -
Download Certificate
Once payment is processed, download your updated registration certificate immediately.
Automatic Reminders
Receive email and SMS notifications at 90, 60, 30, and 7 days before your renewal deadline.
Penalty Calculator
The system automatically calculates late penalties and shows exactly how much you owe.
Restoration Process
If your registration lapses beyond 6 months, you'll need to pay restoration fees to reactivate.
